Having been through? therapy. I believe it does help and it depends on the person. Don't listen to this advice, if you have REAL problems FRIEND AND FAMILY won't be enough. I think this video does more harm than good, because some people out there really could benefit from a GOOD therapist.

#2. If my question was somehow "awkward" to u, as u stated, then I suggest u seek therapy. Sometimes a person's perception of the truth is funny to others who share similar experiences.? If you get defensive over you tube and a comedy video please seek help. Some people can not deal with the truth because they are not awake. Therapists are such an easy target. I'm disappointed, because this is neither funny or clever. I thought Second City was better? than that.
